Your North Delhi shortlist.
Start with how you work.

A workspace decision for teams and independent professionals, with clear prices and an honest look at Dansa’s Rohini location.

Workstations, overhead lockers and glass-fronted cabins at Dansa Coworks, Rohini
DANSA COWORKSSECTOR 7, ROHINI

“Coworking in North Delhi” is a starting point, not a complete brief. A solo consultant, a four-person agency and a remote employee can search the same phrase while needing very different spaces. This guide helps turn a broad search into a practical shortlist. Dansa Coworks is one option at a specific address in Rohini Sector 7; we do not claim a network of branches across North Delhi.

Turn the broad search into four concrete requirements

Start with people, attendance, privacy and timing. How many people need seats? Will they attend every working day or only when they meet? Do they need an enclosed room, or would a shared workspace suit them? Which hours must be covered? Writing down these four answers stops a workspace search becoming a contest between attractive photographs.

For example, four colleagues attending most days have a different requirement from four remote colleagues gathering twice a month. The first group can compare a private cabin and four assigned desks. The second can ask about day seats and meeting time for their specific dates. An individual who does confidential work needs to examine privacy conditions regardless of how often they attend. These are planning examples, not claims about particular Dansa customers.

Decide whether Rohini works for the whole team

Dansa is on the first floor at 262, H-17, Sector 7, Rohini, New Delhi 110085. The workspace is near Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital Metro Station (formerly known as Rohini West). It is on the main road, with parking nearby. Check the exact location and directions and ask the team for the appropriate station exit and walking route.

For a team, make a small journey comparison from each person’s starting point. Include the last part on foot, parking arrangements and the return journey. Avoid treating “North Delhi” as a promise that every address will be equally convenient. Our Pitampura comparison guide is useful when some colleagues are searching there, but it does not change where Dansa is actually located.

Build the shortlist around the right product

A shared desk, a private cabin and a virtual office serve different purposes. An open workstation gives a person flexible seating under a monthly membership. A fixed workstation gives them an assigned desk. A single-seater cabin provides a personal enclosed workspace. A four-person private cabin is booked for the team as a complete unit.

The meeting room accommodates up to six people and is booked by the hour. It is not a six-person monthly cabin. A virtual office is an agreed address service, not a daily desk entitlement. When a provider gives a headline price, identify which of these products it refers to before comparing it with another quote. The number of people allowed in a meeting room should not be confused with available monthly office capacity.

Compare the recurring bill and the starting payment separately

At Dansa, the regular monthly rates are ₹7,000 for an open workstation, ₹7,500 for a fixed workstation, ₹9,000 for a single-seater cabin and ₹30,000 for the complete four-person cabin. Monthly memberships require a one-month security deposit. A day pass is ₹300 per person, the meeting room is ₹400 per hour, and the virtual-office plan is ₹25,000 per year.

For a four-person cabin, the regular monthly plan plus an equal deposit is ₹60,000 before any applicable taxes or agreed extras. That does not mean the monthly rent is ₹60,000. Similarly, an annual virtual-office price should not be compared with a monthly desk price as though the billing periods or services were identical. The Rohini cost guide gives worked examples, and the pricing page keeps the current plan list easy to scan.

Put connectivity near the top of the visit checklist

Dansa provides super-fast 300+ Mbps Wi-Fi and power backup. Those features matter, but their suitability for your work still needs a practical check. Ask everyone who depends on a company laptop or a particular VPN to test their normal tools, where permitted by their organisation. For a cabin, test from inside the room rather than only at reception.

The connection is shared; the headline is not a guaranteed dedicated speed for each device or a promise of uninterrupted service. Discuss heavier requirements such as simultaneous calls, large uploads or special network access before deciding. The connectivity guide outlines questions about wireless signal, backup power and work-critical equipment without assuming technical specifications we have not confirmed.

Look at the quiet details as carefully as the big ones

There are lockers for each person and for each cabin, along with AC, reception, housekeeping, CCTV and security. Unlimited tea, coffee and drinking water are available, as are a pantry, microwave and fridge. The lounge and breakout space give people somewhere to take a break. Printing, scanning and meeting-room credits should be matched to your plan’s stated allowances.

For an individual considering the single-seater cabin, inspect the large locker and try the ergonomic chair with lumbar support and a headrest. For a team, look at how four people will sit and whether their normal conversations suit the room. Privacy, storage and the working surface are easier to assess in person than through a checklist of amenity icons. Photographs introduce the space; a visit tells you how you would use it.

Do not pay for the wrong attendance pattern

A monthly office can make sense when your team needs a consistent base. It can be the wrong comparison when people only need occasional desk days. A ₹300 day pass lets you request a shared seat for a specific day, subject to confirmation. A separate meeting booking may cover a client session without requiring a monthly office for that purpose.

For individuals, the listed open-membership price of ₹7,000 becomes lower than ₹300 daily pricing at 24 days of attendance, before considering deposits, taxes, extras or offers. That arithmetic alone does not decide the membership: an assigned desk and an enclosed cabin have different benefits. Our day-pass versus monthly guide compares attendance patterns and explains when continuity is worth considering independently of price.

Working across time zones needs an access conversation

Standard access is 9 AM–8 PM, six days a week. Confirm the weekly closing day and holidays with the team. Late calls and overseas meetings should be mentioned while you are comparing plans, not after the office has become part of a critical routine.

24×7 access can be arranged on request, subject to confirmation. Extra charges apply. Ask what the agreed arrangement covers, including entry, visitors and the facilities available outside standard hours. Do not assume that an extended-access arrangement means reception, pantry service or every other amenity is staffed around the clock. The extended-hours guide helps you make those distinctions clearly.

Compare a team cabin with an ordinary working day in mind

The four-person cabin is ₹30,000 per month as one complete unit. Four fixed desks also total ₹30,000 per month at the regular individual rate of ₹7,500. With the same monthly fee, the decision depends on whether your team needs a separate room or individual assigned desks in the shared area. Confirm actual availability for either arrangement.

Look at who spends the day on calls, who needs sustained quiet and how often clients visit. A cabin that helps one activity may still need a separate room for another. The four-person office guide covers seating, equipment, meeting credits and questions for the agreement. For a direct comparison of enclosure against shared seating, use the cabin-versus-desk guide.

Make the next step a visit, not an assumption

Choose one or two relevant plans, then send the team your preferred date, number of people and any access or technology requirements. Dansa’s website is WhatsApp-first: the form prepares a message, and you send it yourself. No payment is taken online and no inventory is reserved automatically.

During the visit, use the workspace tour checklist. Afterwards, ask for a complete written quote, deposit conditions and the agreed inclusions. The 10% early-bird offer is for the first 25 customers, subject to confirmation of eligibility and terms. A wider North Delhi search becomes much simpler when the address, the product and the commitment are all clear enough to compare on the same page.
