Coworking in Rohini.
Make the everyday work.

A closer look at desks, private cabins, working hours and the small details that make a workspace worth returning to.

Open workstations with personal overhead lockers at Dansa Coworks, Rohini
DANSA COWORKSSECTOR 7, ROHINI

The right coworking space in Rohini should suit an ordinary Tuesday, not just look good during a five-minute tour. You need a practical journey, the right amount of privacy, a desk that feels comfortable and a clear understanding of what your membership covers. Dansa Coworks brings private cabins, shared workstations and a separate meeting room together in Sector 7. This guide explains the choices, using our actual plans rather than a generic promise of “flexibility”.

Start with the address, not the photograph

Dansa is at First Floor, 262, H-17, Sector 7, Rohini, New Delhi 110085, near Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital Metro Station (formerly known as Rohini West). It is a main-road location, with parking nearby. Ask the team for the current walking directions and the appropriate station exit before you travel.

A map search is useful, but your own daily journey is a better test. Visit at roughly the time you would normally start work. Check the entrance, the first-floor approach and the walk from your chosen parking spot or public transport stop. Anyone with a particular accessibility requirement should discuss it with us before travelling; do not assume an entrance or lift arrangement from interior photographs. The location page has the full address, directions and an optional Google Map.

Choose the kind of privacy your work needs

There are three distinct choices for individuals. An open workstation is a monthly place in the shared area without a permanently assigned desk. A fixed workstation gives you an assigned desk in that shared environment. A single-seater cabin gives one person an enclosed room. Paying for a cabin makes most sense when a separate space matters to the way you work, not simply because it sounds more impressive.

For colleagues who need to sit together, our four-person private cabin is booked as one complete cabin. It is not four individually sold seats in a room with unrelated occupants. The separate six-person meeting room is for meetings, not a six-seat monthly office. A private room is also not a promise of soundproofing: check the sound conditions during a visit, especially for sensitive calls.

What does a Rohini workspace cost at Dansa?

The regular rates below compare different products, so pay attention to the billing period. A meeting room is hired by the hour, a virtual office is an annual address service, and monthly workspace plans are billed for the person or cabin shown.

WorkspaceRegular priceWhat you are choosing
Open workstation₹7,000/person/monthFlexible seat in the shared workspace
Fixed workstation₹7,500/person/monthYour own assigned desk
Single-seater cabin₹9,000/cabin/monthAn enclosed workspace for one
Four-person cabin₹30,000/cabin/monthThe whole cabin, with four seats
Day pass₹300/person/dayAn occasional workday
Meeting room₹400/room/hourA separate room for up to six people
Virtual office₹25,000/yearAn agreed business-address service

Monthly workspace memberships have a one-month security deposit. Request the full written quote, including any applicable taxes, extras and the deposit terms. The coworking cost guide separates recurring spend from the amount due when you start. The advertised early-bird offer is 10% for the first 25 customers; eligibility and the period covered are confirmed by the team, not by an automatic website counter.

Super-fast Wi-Fi deserves a real-work test

Dansa provides 300+ Mbps Wi-Fi, together with power backup. Bring the laptop you actually use and try a realistic part of your day: a video call, a shared document and the cloud tools your work depends on. That is a more useful test than checking whether the Wi-Fi icon appears on a phone.

The advertised connection is not a dedicated 300 Mbps allocation to every device. Experienced speed depends on your device, signal, network load and the service you are connecting to. Teams with VPN requirements, large transfers or continuous international calls should discuss those needs before committing. Our Wi-Fi and power-backup guide provides a practical checklist without making an uptime guarantee.

Storage and comfort are part of the decision

There are lockers for each person and for each cabin. Ask to see the space you would use, particularly when you bring equipment or documents. The single-seater cabin includes a large locker and an ergonomic chair with lumbar support and a headrest. Sit in the actual chair and check your working position rather than choosing from the product name alone.

AC, reception, housekeeping, CCTV and security support the working environment. You also have unlimited tea, coffee and drinking water, plus a pantry with a microwave and fridge. The lounge and breakout areas give you somewhere to step away from your desk. Printing, scanning and meeting-room credits are available; their usage allowances should be stated for your chosen plan. Nearby parking should be checked for the arrangements that apply to your vehicle.

Match the access hours to your real calendar

Standard workspace access is 9 AM–8 PM, six days a week. Ask which day the workspace closes and how holidays are handled. Do this before buying a monthly plan, particularly when your working week does not follow a conventional pattern.

24×7 access can be arranged on request, subject to confirmation. Extra charges apply. It should be part of your agreed arrangement, not something you discover you need after signing up. Tell us about early starts, late calls or weekend work. For occasional client sessions, ask about meeting-room availability outside standard hours rather than assuming you need a full extended-access membership. The extended-access guide explains the questions to settle first.

A useful starting point for different working days

A freelancer who attends occasionally may prefer a day pass while testing the routine. Someone attending most working days can compare an open membership with a fixed desk. A consultant who wants their own room can inspect the single-seater cabin, and a four-person agency can compare the complete cabin with the cost of four dedicated desks.

These are ways to shortlist a plan, not rules about who belongs where. Remote employees, founders, independent professionals and established business owners may need the same facilities for different reasons. A tour checklist helps each person ask about their own working needs. Bring those requirements to the visit: “I need two private calls a day” is easier to act on than “I need a premium office”.

Visiting from Pitampura or elsewhere in North Delhi

Dansa has one published location: Sector 7, Rohini. When you are comparing coworking near Pitampura, look at the actual route from your starting point rather than treating a locality name as a travel-time guarantee. The same applies to a team spread across North Delhi: one convenient journey for the founder does not necessarily make the address convenient for everyone.

Ask colleagues to test the route and agree how often you will attend. When the team only gathers occasionally, a scheduled meeting-room booking may be more appropriate than holding desks all month. When everyone works together most days, a private cabin becomes a different proposition. The point is to choose a working pattern first and an address that supports it second.

Before you book

Choose the space you want to see, send your preferred date on WhatsApp, and wait for the team to confirm the visit. The website prepares a message; you must send it in WhatsApp. It does not reserve a desk or collect a payment. Bring any questions about access, visitors, storage, allowances and your proposed start date.

After the visit, ask for the complete quote and membership terms. Confirm current availability separately from the photographs and confirm the early-bird offer separately from the regular price. You can start with all workspace options, keep the pricing page open during your comparison, or contact the team for a four-person cabin tour. A good decision should feel clear before the first workday, not only after it.
