Comparing coworking costs in Rohini is easier when you separate three things: the recurring plan, the deposit and anything added for the way you work. This guide uses Dansa’s listed rates to show the arithmetic. It does not estimate other operators’ prices or treat an introductory discount as a permanent rate. Final taxes, extras and membership terms belong in your written quote.
Read the unit beside the price
A price per person is different from a price for an entire room. At Dansa, open and fixed workstations are priced per person per month. The single-seater cabin is priced per cabin per month. The four-person private cabin is also priced per cabin, so ₹30,000 covers the whole four-seat unit; it is not ₹30,000 for each occupant.
Other products use different periods. The day pass is ₹300 per person for one day. The meeting room is ₹400 per room per hour for up to six people. The virtual-office plan is ₹25,000 per year for an agreed address service. Comparing these numbers without their units would give a misleading picture of both the cost and the product.
Monthly rates and the initial deposit
Monthly workspace memberships require a one-month security deposit. The examples below show one month at the regular listed rate plus an equal deposit. They exclude any applicable taxes or agreed extras and do not apply an early-bird discount.
| Monthly workspace | Regular monthly price | One-month deposit | Plan plus deposit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Open workstation | ₹7,000 | ₹7,000 | ₹14,000 |
| Fixed workstation | ₹7,500 | ₹7,500 | ₹15,000 |
| Single-seater cabin | ₹9,000 | ₹9,000 | ₹18,000 |
| Four-person private cabin | ₹30,000 | ₹30,000 | ₹60,000 |
The deposit is not an extra month of advertised rent. It is a separate payment whose return, deductions and timing need to be explained in your membership agreement. Do not infer a refund deadline, notice period or minimum term from the fact that a plan is quoted monthly. Ask the team to state each item before making a payment. The short pricing page is the reference for the current public plan list.
What four people would pay
Four open memberships cost ₹28,000 per month at ₹7,000 each. Four fixed memberships cost ₹30,000 at ₹7,500 each. A complete four-person cabin costs ₹30,000. These are three different seating arrangements, not simply three price levels for the same room. Open seating does not promise four permanently adjoining desks, and fixed seats remain part of the shared workspace.
At full occupancy, the cabin’s ₹30,000 works out to ₹7,500 per person. If three people use it, the whole-cabin bill remains ₹30,000, equivalent to ₹10,000 per occupant. With two occupants, it is ₹15,000 per occupant. Those divisions help you budget; they do not create individually bookable cabin seats. See the four-person team guide when choosing whether a complete room is useful for your team.
Include the things your routine may add
Start with access. Standard workspace hours are 9 AM–8 PM, six days a week. 24×7 access can be arranged on request, subject to confirmation and additional charges. Ask for that additional cost rather than assuming it is part of the listed monthly rate. The same care applies when requesting a meeting outside normal hours.
Next, confirm printing and scanning allowances, meeting-room credits and parking arrangements. There are lockers for each person and each cabin, but you should still see the allocation and confirm how you will use it. Discuss any unusual equipment or service needs before signing. A complete quote should make your expected routine understandable without turning an attractive starting price into an estimate full of missing pieces.
Treat the early-bird offer as a separate line
Dansa advertises a 10% early-bird discount for the first 25 customers. The team confirms eligibility, the charges to which it applies, the applicable billing period and whether it remains available. The website does not track a live number of places left and does not promise a lifetime discount.
For illustration only, 10% off a ₹30,000 monthly cabin fee would reduce that fee to ₹27,000 for an eligible period. It would not establish the deposit amount, tax treatment or future renewal price by itself. Ask for the complete offer in writing. Evaluate affordability using the regular plan as well as any introductory benefit, especially when you expect to stay beyond the first billing period.
Occasional attendance needs different arithmetic
At ₹300 a day, ten day passes total ₹3,000 and fifteen total ₹4,500. Twenty-three total ₹6,900, while twenty-four total ₹7,200, which is above the ₹7,000 regular open-workstation membership. That comparison only concerns the attendance fee. A monthly deposit, availability, working hours and any agreed extras still matter to the decision.
A fixed workstation offers an assigned desk, so it is not simply a more expensive version of buying individual day passes. A private cabin adds enclosure. Compare like with like and make room for the benefit you actually need. The day-pass versus monthly guide shows several attendance patterns and explains why the lowest monthly total is not always the best choice.
Ask for a quote you can check line by line
A useful quote names the exact product and who or what it covers, states the billing period, shows the deposit separately, identifies applicable taxes and lists agreed extras. It should also explain notice, cancellation, renewal and deposit-return conditions. Ask for any promises made during the tour to be reflected in the agreement rather than relying on memory.
Send your workspace choice, team size, expected start date and access needs through the contact page. We can then discuss the relevant plan, rather than sending you a price for an unsuitable product. The website does not collect payments or confirm a reservation automatically; the team confirms the complete quote and next steps with you on WhatsApp.
Workspace details and regular prices describe Dansa’s Rohini offering. Confirm current availability, your complete quote and the agreed terms with our team before booking.
