A four-person office is small enough for everyone’s routine to affect everyone else. One colleague takes calls, another needs quiet concentration, someone handles client visits, and all four need a practical setup. Dansa’s four-seater private cabin is ₹30,000 per month for the complete cabin. Use this guide to assess how your team would work in it, not just whether four seats appear in the photograph.
Map a typical morning before you choose the room
Ask each person what their busiest two hours usually look like. Note calls, meetings, focused work and shared reviews. If all four people regularly speak on separate calls at the same time, a single enclosed cabin may still require coordination. If the team mainly works together on the same projects, being in one room may be useful.
Bring that description to the tour. Visit the actual available cabin, sit in the positions you would use and discuss how the team would share the room. A private cabin provides enclosure, not a soundproofing guarantee or an automatic solution to every communication pattern. The private-cabin comparison is useful when you are also considering four assigned desks.
Understand what “whole cabin” means
The listed ₹30,000 is for the four-person cabin as one complete unit. With four occupants, that is equivalent to ₹7,500 per person for budgeting. The individual seats are not sold separately as ₹7,500 cabin memberships. If only two or three team members occupy the cabin, the regular whole-cabin price remains ₹30,000.
There is no six-person monthly cabin in the current offering. The separate six-person room is a meeting room hired by the hour. Teams needing more than four working seats should discuss a combination of available spaces rather than assume a larger private cabin exists. Current availability is confirmed by the team, not by a live inventory display on the website.
Check four setups, not one empty desk
Think about everything that normally sits on each desk: laptop, notebook, charger, headset and any permitted monitor or accessory. Ask about the equipment you intend to bring and check the working position for each person. Photographs showing devices should not be read as a list of equipment supplied with the plan.
Dansa provides lockers for each person and for each cabin. Ask to see the allocation and discuss anything larger than ordinary work essentials. Confirm permitted storage and responsibilities for equipment rather than assuming them. A cabin works best when the room can support four real setups without the team discovering its practical requirements after moving in.
Put the recurring and starting costs side by side
The regular cabin fee is ₹30,000 per month. A one-month security deposit applies to the monthly workspace plan, making the regular month-plus-deposit example ₹60,000 before any applicable taxes or agreed extras. Confirm deposit-return conditions, notice and any minimum term in the agreement.
For comparison, four fixed workstations at ₹7,500 each total ₹30,000 per month, while four open memberships at ₹7,000 each total ₹28,000. Those products remain shared seating rather than a team’s enclosed cabin. The cost guide explains these differences. Ask about the 10% early-bird offer separately; eligibility, remaining availability and the applicable period require confirmation.
Test the connection with the team’s actual tools
Dansa provides super-fast 300+ Mbps Wi-Fi and power backup. Ask to try the tools that matter to your business, especially when your organisation uses managed laptops or a VPN. Testing a realistic combination of work is more informative than opening a single webpage from the reception area.
The advertised connection is not a separate dedicated 300 Mbps allocation to each device. Your experience depends on devices, signal, network load and the external services involved. Discuss heavier usage or special requirements before booking. The Wi-Fi and backup guide helps you ask useful technical questions without assuming a service-level commitment that has not been offered.
Agree the hours for all four people
Standard access is 9 AM–8 PM, six days a week. Confirm the closing day and holiday arrangements. If one colleague works later than everyone else, mention that early. 24×7 access can be arranged on request, subject to confirmation and extra charges; it is not included automatically in the regular cabin rate.
Ask whether the proposed arrangement covers the particular people, days and hours you need, along with entry procedures and outside-hours facilities. The extended-access guide provides a checklist. A team agreement should not depend on everyone interpreting “flexible hours” in the same way without a conversation.
Bring a one-page brief to the visit
Include four items: your people, equipment, typical day and proposed start date. Add any recurring client sessions and access requirements. Have at least the people making the decision inspect the cabin, and involve colleagues whose technical or seating requirements are unusual.
Start on the private-cabin page or contact the team with your preferred visit date. Ask for the final quote and membership terms after the tour. The website prepares a WhatsApp enquiry but does not take a payment or reserve the cabin automatically. A well-chosen four-person office should be something the team can explain in practical terms: this is where we sit, this is how we meet, and this is what we have agreed to pay.
Workspace details and regular prices describe Dansa’s Rohini offering. Confirm current availability, your complete quote and the agreed terms with our team before booking.
