Some workdays start early or end after an overseas call. Dansa can arrange 24×7 access on request, subject to confirmation. Extra charges apply. This does not mean every advertised membership includes unrestricted round-the-clock access. Use this guide to identify the hours, entry arrangements and facilities you need before the team quotes an extended-access plan.
Begin with the standard working hours
Dansa’s normal workspace access is 9 AM–8 PM, six days a week. Ask the team which day the workspace closes and how holidays are handled. The website does not invent a weekly closing day or treat a six-day schedule as seven-day operation.
A monthly plan is priced for the product described, not automatically for all possible hours. The pricing page lists the standard rates for desks and cabins. If the normal schedule suits your routine, you may not need an additional access arrangement. If it does not, raise the requirement during the initial enquiry so you are comparing a complete quote rather than a rate that leaves out an important part of your workday.
Describe a schedule, not just “24×7”
Tell the team which days you expect to attend and the actual arrival and departure times. A person who needs two late evenings each week has a different requirement from a team working an overnight shift. Use India time in the request, especially when your schedule is based on meetings with people in other time zones.
Include the number of people and whether everyone needs the same access. Say whether the pattern is regular or occasional. The phrase “available 24×7” should become a specific agreed arrangement for your use, not a broad assumption that every member can arrive at any time with any number of visitors. Clear timing helps the team confirm what is possible and what additional charges apply.
Ask how entry and departure work
Check how you enter the building and workspace outside the normal day, how access is authorised and whom to contact if something goes wrong. Ask whether any arrival, departure or security procedure is required for your arrangement. These practical details should be settled before your first late workday, not discovered at the entrance.
Do not assume that reception is staffed around the clock because extended access is available. Ask about guests separately; member access and visitor access may need different arrangements. For anyone with accessibility requirements, discuss the first-floor approach in advance. The location page provides the actual Rohini address, but the access process still needs direct confirmation from the team.
Confirm the facilities available during those hours
Dansa offers Wi-Fi, power backup, AC, personal and cabin lockers, a pantry and shared spaces. Ask which facilities are available under the extended-hours arrangement and whether any operate differently outside normal hours. The existence of an amenity during the workday does not by itself answer every out-of-hours question.
Discuss the needs that matter most: connection access, permitted equipment, air conditioning, pantry use and any support contact. For work that depends on continuous power or a specific network setup, ask detailed questions rather than assuming a backup system is an unlimited guarantee. The connectivity guide outlines what to test and what to confirm without inventing technical specifications.
Keep occasional meeting-room use separate
A late client session may only require a specific meeting-room booking, not an extended-access monthly desk plan. Dansa’s room accommodates up to six people and is listed at ₹400 per hour. Availability outside standard hours can be discussed with the team and must be confirmed for the requested time.
Provide the full date, start time, duration, attendee count and equipment needs. Ask whether extra charges apply to the requested session. The website’s time field is an enquiry control, not evidence that the room is available whenever a time can be selected. The meeting-room guide explains how to make a request that includes setup and visitor considerations.
Compare the complete cost of the working pattern
The published monthly rates remain ₹7,000 for an open workstation, ₹7,500 for a fixed workstation, ₹9,000 for a single-seater cabin and ₹30,000 for the whole four-person cabin. An agreed extended-access charge is additional. Ask for the plan and the access charge to be shown clearly in the quote, along with applicable taxes and other extras.
Monthly workspace memberships have a one-month security deposit. The agreement should explain how the deposit and any additional arrangement are handled; do not assume a formula for an extended-hours deposit from the website. The cost guide separates the regular plan, starting payment and optional charges so you can check the proposal without conflating them.
Confirm what happens when the schedule changes
Ask how to request a different pattern, an additional authorised person or a one-off late session. Confirm how much notice is required and whether the charges or agreement change. The website does not promise that every later change is automatically accepted.
If your working hours shift seasonally or follow another country’s calendar, keep the team informed using the actual India-time schedule. A clearly described arrangement is easier to maintain than an informal understanding that “late access should be fine”. Discuss changes before relying on them for a critical work session.
Put the agreement ahead of the first late arrival
Before starting, make sure you have confirmation of the permitted days and hours, authorised people, entry process, relevant facilities, support contact and additional charges. Keep the arrangement with your membership details. A normal tour can show you the space, but it does not establish how you will access it at a different time.
Use the contact page and include your proposed schedule in the notes. The team will discuss availability and the complete terms directly on WhatsApp. The public site does not issue access permissions or confirm a booking automatically. The aim is straightforward: the workspace should be ready for the hours you have agreed, without relying on assumptions hidden inside the phrase “24×7”.
Workspace details and regular prices describe Dansa’s Rohini offering. Confirm current availability, your complete quote and the agreed terms with our team before booking.
